Preface
Many numbers are shown in the book of Revelation. For example, the number “7” appears over 50 times in which it refers to seven churches, seven Spirits, seven golden lampstands, seven stars, messengers of the seven churches, seven seals, seven horns, seven eyes, seven angels, seven trumpets, the seventh trumpet, seven thunders, seven heads, seven crowns (Rev 12:3), seven plagues, seven golden bowls, seven mountains, seven kings and one who belong to the seven king’s group (Rev 17:11). Thus, if the meaning of “seven” is not clearly understood, it is difficult to grasp the real meaning of Revelation regardless of how many times a person reads it.
Looking at the verse in Revelation Chapter 1 in which the first mystery of Revelation
“The mystery of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand and of the seven golden lampstands is this: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches.” (Rev 1:20)
Thus, if the reading is slowed down by many of these numbers shown in Revelation, the book cannot be understood at all. On the other hand, if the meaning of numbers codes shown in Revelation is clearly known, the way that Revelation unfolds will be easily grasped.
Though numbers do not represent the book itself, they guide us on a definite and proper path, just like coordinates on a seafarer’s map, to reach the destination of faith about which God is eager to tell us through the already prophesied records of the Bible.
The believers who do not know where their path of life leads to the resurrected eternal life is just like an airplane, which cannot fly but only moves back and forth on the runway due to the absence of a pilot, or a rescue ship, which does not serve its role of rescuing people but wastes time at a port with its S.O.S reception device turned off. They are in a state at which they are far away from the essence of faith with the gates to heaven closed and with no spiritual exit.
Also, properly understanding the numbers in Revelation enables to correct several narrow-minded errors, one of which is restricting the works of salvation, which is open to all peoples in all corners of this world, to specific areas, lineages, generations or doctrinal groups.
If the hidden meaning of the numbers planted within the elements in Revelation are understood in a proper order while many of these basic errors are being corrected, the book of Revelation will no longer be a group of complex expressions. Rather, it will be clearly known that the book is the textbook of faith that clearly explains how to destroy the synagogue of Satan (Rev 3:9) and the true nature of eternal Gospel (Rev 14:6) filled with God’s lucid blessings towards “the servants” (Rev 1:1) who are the recipients of Revelation.
As the miracle of “five loaves and two fish” left twelve baskets, the core of Revelation, which is started from the works of 7 Spirits (Rev 1:20) and achieved by multiples of 12 foundations (Rev 21:14) that builds the Holy City, is de-mystified as the meanings of the numbers are accurately resolved. This is for all believers who have been called to believe without any doubt that the prophesying words of Revelation are the works of seven Spirits who open up the spiritual view.
As Apostle Paul confessed in Romans 16:25-26 in which he says, “Now to him who is able to establish you by my gospel and the proclamation of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery hidden for long ages past, but now revealed and made known through the prophetic writings by the command of the eternal God”, the direction of the gospel of the prophets has pursued the revelation which is the prophecy of the mysteries.
Those who do not realize the true nature of the prophecy of the mysteries that open up in the times of Revelation reach the turning point without having fully understood the vast Bible. Also, they are like lost sheep discursively wandering around the world without using a map or navigation that will help them to reach the ultimate destination of faith.
The time to make any additional remarks has passed. From now until we die in the Lord (Rev 14:13), we must answer the calling of constructing the walls of the Holy City measured at 144 cubits, which is the measurement of men, measured by the angels (Rev 21:17), and are also the subjects of the first resurrection in which enteral life with Christ as promised is handed down (Rev 20:6). Now is a time to make a historic leap as we understand in detail the process of the creation of the new spiritual mankind with the key to the house of David (Isa 22:15-24/1 Co 15:44-49) receiving the godly blessings.
Also this is the mystery of the forgiveness of sins already prophesied, and the blessing and joyful news in the end times for Jesus’ true brides who hold high the torch of the way and are united in love with the same word of prophecy.
With this good news told by the Trinity God who is the sender of Revelation, I pray that all people of God who encounter Revelation join in the 7th wave worked by the seven Spirits of God as their wishes as disciples of Jesus come true.
Lastly, I give thanks and all the glory to the Lord who has taught the meaning of all the numbers.
